I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow production time 1-3 days for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-21 days.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at sales@ourcricketstore.co.uk.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned?

We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do i do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email a sales@ourcricketstore.co.uk. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.

No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfilment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 5-21 days.

I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?

We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly, thanks.

Delivery

Who will deliver my parcel?

We use just two delivery services depending on the item you have ordered, this is Royal Mail or Parcel Force. These options will be displayed at the online checkout for you to choose from on smaller parcels. This this information will be included in your "order dispatched" e-mail.

How long does it take for my order to be dispatched.

Please allow up to 2-3 working days for dispatch of your order. In reality 95% of all orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours.

How long does delivery take after dispatch dispatch?

With Royal Mail please allow 3-4 days after dispatch and with Parcelforce expect delivery the next weekday after dispatch. Orders outside of the UK vary and depend on the shipping method used. As a guide Royal Mail Air Mail takes up to 7 working days within Europe and 14 working days Worldwide. Parcel Force Global services take approx 3 working days within.

Europe and 7 working days Worldwide. All Parcel force deliveries are tractable and your parcel tracking No will be e-mailed to you on dispatch.

Where is my order?

Depending on the item, chosen shipping method and time of year it may take up to 7 working days for your item to be delivered, please e-mail customer services to track the whereabouts of your order.

Can I nominate a date or time for delivery?

Unfortunately we cannot specify a delivery time for orders due to the different couriers and services we presently use.

What if I am out when the courier tries to deliver?

If you are not in when the goods are delivered, the driver will leave a card through your door. If the goods have been sent via courier eg Parcel Force, you can call them and arrange a re-delivery. For items despatched via Royal Mail, the goods will have been taken to your local post office with instructions how to collect them on the card.

Can I send the goods to a different address?

We understand it’s not always convenient to have goods delivered to your home address so we can deliver to a work address or a relative if it is a present say.. This address can be specified when placing your order on the website. For orders placed from outside the UK we are only able to deliver to the card billing address.

What happens if I don’t receive my order on time?

We will do all we can to locate it for you - please e-mail our customer services team who will investigate why your order has not been delivered and we will do our best to resolve any problems for you.

Returns FAQ

What is your return policy?

You can return goods to us up to 14 days after receiving them, unworn / unused and in the original box / packaging please .This can be either for refund or exchange - please complete and return the Goods Return Note enclosed with your order when returning goods.

How much does it cost to return the goods?

Due to our low postage and packaging rate we are not able to offer free returns to our customers. Cost will depend on the weight and size of the return parcel. Please ask your local P.O for details and follow the advice on the Goods Return Note.

Equipment FAQ

If a bat is classed as Pre - Prepared or Knocked in is it ready to play with ?

No, this means that they it is part prepared in the factory, including oiling, pressing under a roller and some hand mallet knocking in. We, along with the bat manufacturer still recommend some further knocking in with a bat mallet around the perimeter of the face of the bat and some gentle net practice against an older, softer cricket ball before full match use.

Do I have to order RH (right handed player) and LH (left handed player) batting pads and gloves separately ?

No - all batting pads and gloves are sold in pairs. Some are ambidextrous and suit both styles of batting, but just like shoes, they are always sold in pairs.

How do I tell if I want RH (right handed player) or LH (left handed player) equipment ?

You need to know how the player stands when facing the bowler. If their left shoulder is facing the bowler the player is classed as a right hander and vice-versa.

Payment FAQ

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay by a number of different methods, the easiest is to pay by credit or debit card. We accept VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo. We also accept PayPal payments. We use Sage Pay to collect your payment details safely and securely.

Can I pay with American Express?

Unfortunately we do not accept American Express at this time. Please use one of the payment methods listed above.

What currency are your prices in?

As a UK company, all our products are listed in pounds sterling (GBP). Your card will be charged the amount in sterling which will be converted back into your local currency by your bank / card provider .Your card issuer may be able to help you with more information as to their charges and the cost of the purchase.

Can I pay in US Dollars?

Sorry No, all purchases are made in GBP and we do not accept any other currency for payment.

When will I be charged for my order?

For online credit / debit card and PayPal purchases we will charge your card / account at the time of ordering. For other payment types, goods will be dispatched when the payment has cleared.

My items are out of stock, do I get a refund?

Yes once we have confirmation that you wish to cancel the order your refund will be made within 24 hours.
